About Brian Comer

Brian Comer has lived in Powell, Ohio for 18 years and has represented buyers and sellers here since 2021 with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices American Realty Center. He currently serves as President of the Powell Area Realty Association and sits on the Education Committee for the Columbus Board of Realtors — work that keeps him closely connected to what's actually happening in the local market, not just the headlines.

Real estate runs in the family: Brian's father, grandfather, and grandmother owned and operated a brokerage in northern Ohio for decades, and he grew up watching what advisory-first client service looks like. He brought that same approach into real estate after 35 years in corporate sales, most of it negotiating for national communications companies.

Brian specializes in Powell's move-up sellers and empty nesters — homeowners making a data-driven decision about a long-time home, not an emotional one.
